Porta Maxica is an international magic festival which takes places in the Galician city of Ferrol. After four editions, this project has become a reference in the world of magic in Galicia and among the city’s cultural programme. During each edition, more than 12 activities take place, including magic workshops for children –in neighborhood associations and public spaces–, magic shows in hospitals, elderly and juvenile residences, magic galas at the Jofre theatre, family magic shows and many other activities for various groups of ages and tastes.
First edition of the festival, held between 2 and 4 January 2018, with a great success of public and critics.
